Chirpy Workshop Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the workshop and cancel more than 7 days before the workshop date we will refund you the cost of the workshop via the same payment method you have book by.
If you have to cancel within 7 days of the workshop we won’t be able to automatically refund your ticket price or transfer you to another workshop as we will have incurred material costs etc. However if we manage to resell your ticket via our waiting list & social media we will offer you a transfer or a refund.
If we aren’t able to resell you ticket will only be able to transfer you to the next workshop which has spaces available after the closing dates for ticket sales.
