Want to learn to knit? This is a workshop for beginners or those that want to refresh their knowledge of the very basic skills.

About this event

Who - Run by Fiona Finch, an experienced knitter who has been teaching knitting for about 4 years in a yarn shop in Harrogate. During Covid she has been teaching knitting and running knitting related projects online . However, she is so excited to be able to announce that she can now teach in person and even more excited that she can teach in my local area of Chapel Allerton. 

What - The Workshop is 2 hours long and will cover the basics of knitting including the knit stitch, purl stitch , casting on and casting off. The price of this workshop will include a pair of knitting needles and a ball of yarn . All you need to do is bring yourself !

Where - This workshop will be held at  Chirpy in Chapel Allerton Anyone who attends will be given a voucher for 10% off purchases in the shop (terms do apply)

Refreshments will be available in the form of tea and coffee 

When - Tuesday 28th tSeptember 2021 7pm - 9pm 

How - The price of this event is £30 and can only be made payable through event brite. All payments must be made 1 week before the date of the class. 

If a minimum of 6 people is not reached then the workshop will be cancelled , however you will be contacted about future dates for the workshop . 

There will be a maximum of 8 people (I am sorry but adults only)
