Eve Finlay Miller and Chirpy have teamed up as usual to bring you an Open Terrarium workshop! Unusually they have moved the workshop to an online platform (online being our new usual!).
The workshop will take place using the hosting platform Zoom - you will receive by email the code to join 30 minutues before the start of the workshop.
Prior to the event we will provide you with a glass vessel, three tropical plants, soil, tools, membrane, stones and activated charcoal - everything you would normally get at the physical workshops. All attendees will receive everything to make their terrarium plus a care guide on how to look after there new mini garden as well as a set of instructions.
One thing to bear in mind is that you will be working with soil so wear clothes your happy to get a little messy in & grab some gloves if you don’t want your hands to get dirty.
Eve graduated from Leeds Arts University in 2015 in Fine Art and since then, she has been working as an artist in Leeds. She has recently set up Fleuro: a strand of her art practice that focuses on being involved in the local creative community including events, workshops, murals, prints, jewellery, artist’s books, ceramics, and art for the home.
The deadline for signing up for the workshop is Sunday 31st May which will then give us time to get the mateirals to you. We are able to deliver for FREE to north Leeds, or Chirpy will be Open for collection at advetsied times. If you live further afield we will be able to post everything out ot you for £5 P&P - we'll gree this with you and send you a Paypal request to cover this before we send the materials to you
