Sarah is a registered nutritional therapist with the British Association For Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine(BANT). Sarahs offers a holistic approach to improving clients health and well-being. She achieves this through movement, sleep, stress management, connection and nutrition.

She is extremely passionate about ensuring everyone feels seen, heard and understood. She has a genuine caring nature and this is why she makes an excellent therapist. She helps to bring peoples mind and body back into balance by using evidence based nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

Sarah has many years of experience of helping people and has worked with young females and women who have experienced a lot of trauma in their life. 

Sarah has also had her own personal experience of burn out and through this she realised the importance of nourishing the mind and body.

Sarah specialises in fatigue, hormonal imbalances, perimenopause, stress reduction and general health and well-being.
