In this outdoor Drink & Draw we'll be heading out to Chapel Allerton park to capture the green space and the characteristic rooftops that surround it and we'll be working in sketchbooks (provided). 

You'll be given some ideas about how to conquer the fear of the blank page, and a chance to experiment with some different materials.

Sketchbooks and drawing materials will be provided. If you have your own watercolours or favourite materials feel free to bring them along, but you'll be encouraged to experiment and mix things up. 

We'll be working outside so bring appropriate clothing and something to sit on.

And bring your own drinks!

Jenny Bloomfield is an illustrator and avid observational drawer based in Chapel Allerton. There will be a chance to look at her sketchbooks during the session
